Rose of Jericho

The Rose of Jericho is also known as Resurrection Plant, Dinosaur Plant, or Jericho Rose. It has been used to erase negative influences, bring peace, harmony, and abundance. You can grow it and keep the energy flowing, or use the water from hydrating it to bless the house (sprinkle it around). Carrying a piece is said to aid in protection.

A dry Rose of Jericho should not rot. Place it in a bowl with water, and after half an hour, it will start to spread its branches wide open. Water it every day for up to 7 days. Then, allow it to dehydrate completely (about 2 days), and it will close its branches and curl back into a ball. It can be reused indefinitely!

Tip! There may be some brown bits around the outside after it hydrates. Trim these bits off.  They are usually caused by damage during storage or transport.
